Extreme weather is not expected at the end of April, rather it is usually spring weather, so it is advisable to wear mid-season clothing and put on sunscreen. To go on the bike, a vest may be recommended for the first stages of the race since the first hours of the morning are somewhat colder. It is also advisable to bring a waterproof jacket if rain is expected to make the tour more pleasant.

ARRIVO informs the user that the hiring of the number for participation in the test is carried out by the user directly with the organizer of the same (312 Bike & Tours, SL, with address at Carrer de Rafel Blanes, 90, 07570, Artà, Illes Balears , registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma de Mallorca on July 7, 2016, in Volume 2,666 of the Archive, General Section, folio 26, section 8, page number PM-79,193, 1st entry, and fiscally identified by the Ministry of Economy and Treasury of Spain with CIF number: B-57,967,622).

Article 1.

The XII edition of Mallorca 312 will have the official start at 7:00 am on Saturday April 30, 2022 at Playa de Muro. Its route will be 312 km, ending at the same place as the departure from the aforementioned town, where the arrival control will close at 9:00 p.m.

Mallorca 225 will have the official start at 7:00 a.m. on the same day, also at Playa de Muro. Its route will be 225 km, ending at the same place as the exit from the aforementioned town, where the control will close at 5:00 p.m.

Mallorca 167 will have the official start at 7:00 am on the same day at Playa de Muro. Its route will be 167 km, to end at the same place as the exit from the aforementioned town, where the control will close at 5:00 p.m.

The three routes are open to any cyclist over 18 years old, or over 16 years old with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian of the minor, formalized in writing and duly signed. In the case of participants under 18 but over 16 on the day of formalizing the registration, the authorization referred to in the three previous paragraphs must be sent duly signed and scanned to [email protected] within twenty days after the formalization and payment of the registration. After this period, it will be understood that the registered participant renounces his registration and all the rights conferred by the condition of participant, including the renouncement of the collection of the participant's bag.

Article 2.

Mallorca 312, Mallorca 225 and Mallorca 167 are cyclo-sports events of those regulated in article 9 of the RFEC Cycling Regulations for All, that is, as a cyclo-sports event, with an appreciable degree of difficulty (mileage or unevenness) and where the Participation and individual effort are a motivation for personal improvement. Participants will be identified with numbers or plates on their bicycle.

A census will be established of all participants who complete the test within the time established by the organization and who have passed through the eliminatory control points (referred to in article 8 of these regulations) within the time established for each one. of them, and diplomas will be awarded with a certificate of mileage and approximate time invested in making the route, all within the framework of a cycling specialty that conceives this sport as a physical exercise for leisure and tourist or cultural purposes. The tests will be subject to the provisions of Annex II of Royal Decree 1428/2003, of November 21, which approves the General Traffic Regulations.

Article 3.

Prior registration with the organizer is mandatory. The organizer will assign each participant a numbered plate to place on the handlebar of the bicycle. The registration fees are as follows:

First period € 80 Second period € 85 Regular price € 90 Rates will be applied in chronological order and by number of registrants.

• In addition to the aforementioned price, cyclists not federated by the RFEC must pay € 12 corresponding to the hiring of the corresponding insurance for participants.

• Cyclists registered as federated by the RFEC must present their valid license when collecting the number. Failure to present said license at that time will entail the payment of € 12 for mandatory one-day insurance.

• In no case will the amount of € 12 corresponding to the one-day insurance be returned.

Article 4.

To participate it is mandatory to be federated in the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC), or to assume, by the participant, the payment of the mandatory insurance price of 12 euros to participate in the test. The fact that the user is federated outside of Spain, or that the user is federated in a federation other than the RFEC (for example, Royal Spanish Federation of Triathlon (RFET), Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (RFEA), Cycling Federation (FCT) In these cases other than the RFEC license, the user will assume the payment of the mandatory insurance price of 12 euros to participate in the test.

Participation in the event is under the responsibility and own risk of the participants.

The participant, at the time of registration, declares to be physically fit for the test. It is the obligation of each cyclist to make sure before participating in the event that they are in perfect health and suitable for the physical effort required to participate in the event.

Article 5.

Only paid registrations will be accepted, that is, there is NO possibility of pre-registration and payment when picking up the number. Payment can only be made online with a credit card through the secure payment gateway proposed by the organization.

Article 6.

Registrations are strictly personal and non-transferable, they cannot be used by someone other than the one registered. It is not possible to substitute one participant for another. The participant must go personally to pick up his / her number, with a valid identification (ID or passport). The collection of the bicycle license plate by a person other than the registered participant will not be allowed.

The participant has the right to withdraw from their registration according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, within 14 days working (not counting holidays in Mallorca, Saturdays and Sundays). To exercise this right, the participant must send an email to [email protected] within said period, indicating their express wish to withdraw from their registration. Said e-mail must be sent from the e-mail address used to formalize the registration. Otherwise, it will not be taken into consideration, except that the withdrawal is communicated by letter sent through a notarial channel. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the term, the participant will be returned all the registration fees that he had paid through the same payment method used to pay them. No withdrawals will be accepted after the deadline.

Article 7.

The time control will be done electronically through the use of a chip located on the numbered plate of the bicycle. The plate must be attached to the front of the handlebar. The chip does not work if it is in direct contact with the bike, or if it is placed elsewhere. Any participant who does not carry it will not be awarded a diploma.

The time control system has proven its total reliability, so participants who do not have a control pass at all points will be automatically considered unclassified: departure at the scheduled time, arrival and other control points located Along the way.

Article 8

Elimination system through intermediate control points:

To comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 1428/2003, of November 21, which approves the General Traffic Regulations, the organization will establish a series of eliminatory control points, with a specific time of passage and that will be applicable to all participants regardless of the time invested by each of them in reaching said eliminatory control point, that is, whatever time they have crossed the starting arc.

The participant who does not arrive at these control points on time must leave the test in a mandatory way, using the broom bus, or else, excluded from the test, will become a normal user of public roads, without any type of assistance from the organization, in case you decide to continue the tour by bicycle. For this purpose, you must give the number of the bicycle to a member of the organization. While wearing the number on the bicycle, you must abandon the race or, if possible and in the case of control points for Mallorca 225 and Mallorca 312, continue the route of Mallorca 167, or in case of points control for Mallorca 312, continue the route of Mallorca 225.

Every participant when being passed by the “End of Test” or “Green Flag Motorcycle” vehicle is considered out of it, and must deliver the bicycle license plate. These eliminatory control points will be indicated on the event website.

The organization reserves the right to modify the departure times and eliminatory control points of Mallorca 312, Mallorca 225 and Mallorca 167, at any time.

In no case will the exclusion of a participant for not having reached the intermediate points or for having been passed by the “End of Test” or “Green Flag Motorcycle” vehicle will entitle the participant to a refund of any amount for registration fees. or for any other concept.

Article 9.

The collection of the race number and the runner's bag will be carried out only during the days and at the times authorized by the organization. No prior shipments will be made and no subsequent collections can be made from the participant's bag or any other extra material that has been acquired during the registration process.

The collection of numbers and any extras purchased will take place at our offices in Playa de Muro, on Thursday, April 28 from 09:00 to 21:00 and Friday, April 29 from 09:00 to 21:00. The non-collection of the participant's bag with the number during the days authorized by the organization implies the resignation to participate in the event, without the right to return any of the amounts paid to 312 Bikes & Tours, SL, as registration fees or for any other reason.

In the event that the participant finally decides not to participate, they may delegate the collection of the participant's bag (in no case the number), which implies their explicit resignation to participate in the event, without the right to refund any of the amounts paid to 312 Bikes & Tours, SL, as registration rights or for any other reason. Said delegation of collection of the participant's bag without a number must be carried out through the document and procedure available on the website.

During the test, every participant must wear, obligatorily and visibly, the number plate on the bicycle. Any participant who does not have the back plate visibly placed on the handlebar will be excluded from the tour by the members of the organization or by the forces of order. The back plate with the chip is personal and non-transferable. The registered person may only participate with the number that has been assigned and agrees not to allow other people to use it.

Article 10.

Any participant who is seen towed by any vehicle will be excluded by the Organization.

Prohibition of accompanying vehicles in accordance with the Traffic RULES: The forces of order will stop accompanying vehicles, which must be held responsible for the sanctions that non-compliance with the traffic regulations may cause them. The organization reserves the right to take action against people who fail to comply with the regulations, including the prohibition to participate in future editions of the test.

Article 11.

The location of the solid and liquid refreshments will be announced in the participant's magazine and the route routometer on the website.

Article 12.

The Organization will have, during the development of the test and permanently, a cadre of doctors, ambulances and mobile ICUs, several fixed aid points, a medical post at the arrival and bus-broom.

Article 13.

The organization will have mechanical assistance at certain fixed points along the route. In the event of a repairable fault at said fixed point, the spare parts will be borne by the participants.

Article 14.

Equipment:

• The use of a helmet is mandatory.

• It is recommended but not mandatory to wear the official test jersey as a distinctive element to facilitate the work of the organizers, volunteers and security forces.

• For safety reasons, it is only possible to participate with conventional road bikes with brakes on both wheels. Participation with bicycles of the following types is not allowed:

- Fixie- Ebikes- Bicycles with couplings (‘goat’ type for time trial and triathlon).

Article 15.

The Provincial Traffic Headquarters, Civil Guard, Municipal Police and Civil Protection will ensure the safety of the event.

The Organization, advised by Organizations linked to Civil Protection, may order the partial or total suspension of the test in the event that it has sufficient information on risks that may affect the safety of the participants or collaborating personnel. These risks may be associated with Adverse Meteorological Phenomena (Storms, Strong Winds, Hailstorms, etc.), Floods, landslides, terrorist threats, etc. or any other incident external to the cyclo-sport event that could potentially affect it.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is reported that the route will be clearly signposted with the help of a system of arrows and panels, as well as by markers. The various routes will be clearly identified and differentiated.

Article 16.

All participants must scrupulously comply with the provisions of the Road Safety Law and its Regulations. The test runs on roads closed to traffic. Who does not comply with the law will be expelled from the test and subsequent editions. The participant declares that he assumes the risks inherent in participating in a test and that he excludes the organization of the test from liability for any incident or accident derived from participating in the test.

Article 17.

The Organization is not responsible for any accident of which the participant could be the cause or victim, which must be covered by the insurance of the license, nor is it jointly responsible for the expenses or debts that the participants may incur during the test. , nor of the loss or damage that the bicycles or other equipment of the participants could suffer. The participant exempts the organization from responsibility for loss or deterioration of personal belongings due to any circumstance.

Article 18.

To collect the number, it is MANDATORY to present the DNI or passport and the RFEC license in the event that the insurance proposed by the organization has not been subscribed. The collection of the bicycle plate is personal and non-transferable, it cannot be collected by third parties. In case of not presenting the license, € 12 must be paid for day insurance.

Article 19.

Without prior notice, the Organization reserves the right to make the appropriate modifications, when for any reason it deems necessary. And likewise, the Right of Admission is reserved.

Those people who are firmly sanctioned by the UCI or any other national federation or body with the corresponding powers will not be able to participate in Mallorca 312.

Article 20.

Right to the image. Acceptance of these regulations necessarily implies that the participant authorizes the organizers of Mallorca 312 to record all or part of their participation in it, gives their agreement so that they can use their image for the promotion and dissemination of the image of Mallorca 312 or any other event organized or in which 312 Bike & Tours SL participates or markets or any other entity related to 312 Bike & Tours SL, in all its forms (radio, press, video, photo, DVD, Internet, posters, media communication, etc.) and assigns all rights related to its commercial and advertising exploitation that they deem appropriate to execute, without the right on their part to receive any financial compensation.

Article 21.

The mere fact of registering in this test implies the acceptance of these regulations and the waiver of all rights against the organization, waiving any legal action that may arise from participating in the test. By registering, the participant confirms that he accepts and agrees to respect the regulations of the UCI and the national federation, as well as the specific regulations of the event.

He also agrees to accept the guidelines of the organization's staff and of the security and first aid services. the risks linked to their participation, especially the health, fall or collision risks, as well as the risks related to road traffic and adverse weather conditions, if applicable. Each participant is responsible for behaving respectfully with the environment, and for this purpose to take all appropriate measures in terms of environmental protection, not throwing waste or dirtying the itinerary of the test.

Article 22.

Strictly, the penalty will be carried out for those participants who:

• They do not respect the highway code.

• They do not respect the security instructions indicated by the forces of order and by the organization.

• Do not go through the exit control and others located on the route.

• Dirty or degrade the itinerary, throwing waste.

• Have their own support vehicle, hindering the test of the rest.

• Behaviors that prevent the normal development of the test and that go against these regulations.

• They are located in starting places not allowed by their number.

• The members of the forces of order and the organization will take note of those who carry out some of the behaviors indicated above.

• The organization acquires the commitment in front of the rest of participants and the authorities to sanction them effectively.

The penalty will be:

• Disqualification from the event, without the right to a diploma or medal.

• Inclusion in the lists of sanctioned participants, for later publication.

• Prohibition to participate in other editions of the test.

• The sanctions imposed by the authorities, which, due to their attitude, could be earned.

Article 23.

The organization will designate a group of participants whose function will be to ensure the safety of the event. They will wear a kit that will identify them at all times. Said collaborators will have the power to communicate to the organization the commission, by any participant, of the behaviors described in article 22, these communications having the same value as the complaints made by the organization itself.

Article 24.

The organization will not assume any responsibility if, without prior notice, the event is suspended, its routes modified or postponed due to force majeure.

Article 25.

Gifts for participants will be delivered at the finish line. They will not be mailed.

Article 26.

The user must have read, know and accept the conditions of participation in Mallorca 312:

• The user declares to know that Mallorca 312 is a cyclo-sports event.

• The user declares to be in a suitable state of health to carry out the physical effort involved in participating in a long distance or long distance event, depending on the route taken.

• The user is solely responsible for the care and custody of the material with which the test is carried out, including the loss or deterioration of personal objects, as well as theft, robbery, loss or other circumstances.

• The user agrees to comply with traffic regulations, and especially those of the Road Safety Law and its Regulations, ensuring their safety and that of the rest of the participants and users of the public road.

• The user exempts 312 Bike & Tours SL, the president and board of the Club Ciclista 312 events, the Spanish Cycling Federation, Federació de Ciclisme de las Illes Balears, and / or any natural or legal person linked to the organization of the proof, of the responsibilities derived from any accident caused both by traffic events and sports accidents, including any claim for personal or third party injuries.

• The user undertakes to exercise extreme caution against possible unforeseen events or vehicles that may be circulating along the route.

• The user knows that there are dangerous sections in which he must exercise extreme caution, as well as prolonged descents with curves in which he will moderate his speed in order to avoid his own and / or others' damage. It also knows that there are sections in which the state of the roads may not meet adequate safety conditions, and different tunnels that may NOT be illuminated and expressly excludes 312 Bike & Tours SL from responsibility for any damage suffered due to the bad state of the roads or due to a defect in the road infrastructures.

• The user knows that there is the possibility of suffering a sports accident inherent to cycling, assuming personally responsibility for accidents that may be caused to himself or to any participant in the event, exempting and holding 312 Bike & harmless. Tours SL from any liability arising from these accidents.
