XIII GRAN FONDO ALBERTO CONTADOR

If you are a lover of cycling and the Gran Fondos, you cannot miss the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador in 2024. The 13th edition of the Total Energies Gran Fondo Alberto Contador will take place on Saturday, September 21 in Oliva (Valencia), as usual.

The march consists of a 146 km route and more than 2,500 meters of elevation gain, together with the winner of the three Grand Tours, Alberto Contador. The Gran Fondo Alberto Contador is already established as one of the most important on the national cycle tourism scene.

This fascinating circular route begins in Oliva, province of Valencia, and continues through different municipalities in the province of Alicante to finish at the same starting point. The impressive route ascends the Coll de Rates and continues adding elevation until descending at km 125 after the ascent of the Coll Port d'Ebo. During this event, roads are closed to regular traffic in order to ensure the well-being and comfort of all participants. You will not only be able to pedal without obstacles, you will also be able to enjoy the landscape more peacefully.

If you are planning a cycling weekend, this is your march. On Friday you will be able to enjoy of the test EXPO and join the Cycling Talk with Alberto Contador. On Saturday you will share 146 km through the province of Alicante with other cycling lovers and at the end the Pasta Party and the awards ceremony will be held, among other activities. The rest of the weekend you will relax in the Hotel facilities.
